A Chemical Engineering graduate from Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu, Mr. Ravi has built a distinguished career marked by leadership roles in top organizations. His previous positions include Managing Director at Leoch International Technology (Singapore), Director of Sales & Marketing at Exide Technologies / GNB Technologies (India), and General Manager at Amara Raja Batteries Ltd. Renowned for his strategic vision and operational expertise, Mr. Ravi has successfully led product launches, brand strategies, and competitive market positioning. He has managed key relationships with leading OEMs such as Ford, Honda, Mercedes-Benz, General Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Tata Motors. His strong foundation in ERP systems, coupled with his analytical acumen and problem-solving abilities, positions him as a driving force behind Enerforce Technologies’ global growth. At Enerforce, he leads global business development, strategic initiatives, and sourcing, steering the company toward innovation and market leadership.
D. Magesh is a seasoned industry leader with over 23 years of global experience in the battery, telecom, and industrial power sectors. As the Co-Founder of Enerforce Technologies, he brings deep domain expertise and a proven track record in technical sales, OEM solutions, global sourcing, Import & export strategies.
With a sharp analytical mindset and hands-on leadership style, Magesh has successfully spearheaded large-scale projects, new product development, and strategic market expansion across India, Asia, and Africa. He has played a pivotal role in supporting major telecom players such as Indus Towers, Bharti Infratel, Vodafone, TTSL, Dialog Telekom, Airtel Africa, and has driven impactful export sales and after-sales support across data centres, steel, power, IT, and public sector industries.

Gopala Krishna Baggunji is the Director of Operations & Product Development at Enerforce Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore. An accomplished Electronics & Communication Engineer, he brings over three decades of extensive experience in the power solutions industry, with expertise spanning service operations, product development, and business leadership.
He began his career in 1988 as a Senior Service Engineer, managing installation, commissioning, and servicing of critical power systems across South India. His work supported diverse sectors including IT, Banking, Manufacturing, Defense, Research, and Education, while also overseeing key service contracts and client relationships.
In 1994, Mr. Baggunji transitioned into entrepreneurship, successfully founding multiple companies and mentoring emerging entrepreneurs in the industry. His deep technical knowledge and customer-first approach led to strong collaborations with industry giants such as TATA Liebert, Siemens, Alcatel-Lucent, Nokia, and others, delivering end-to-end power solutions and long-term client support.
As an Authorized Service Provider (ASP) for Exide Industries, he managed warranty support and technical services for industrial batteries across 13 districts in Karnataka. He operated service centre with a dedicated team of over 35 staff, supporting major clients including Indian Railways, Reva Electric Cars, and ISRO.
Driven by a passion for innovation and collaboration, Mr. Gopal co-founded Enerforce Technologies and now leads operations and product development, playing a key role in shaping the company’s service excellence and technological advancement.
Rajeev Shiralikar is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the areas of operations, maintenance, installation & commissioning, and project management within the DC power, electrical, IT, telecom, and industrial sectors.
He has a strong background in advanced battery technologies, with a career that includes leadership roles such as Service Head at Global Yuasa and international factory-level experience in Vietnam and Malaysia. His expertise spans a wide range of energy solutions, including Battery Management Systems (BMS), UPS systems, solar power systems, and EV chargers.
At Enerforce Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Rajeev serves as Senior Manager – Sales & Services – IT & Projects, where he plays a critical role in local business development, service operations, and installation & commissioning support.
He is currently managing the Livguard ESS Lithium Projects for major banking clients like SBI, HDFC, and BOI, ensuring reliable power infrastructure for ATMs and branch operations.
He also leads battery monitoring system deployment and service initiatives for top IT clients such as Foxconn, SAP Labs, and Cognizant, reinforcing Enerforce’ commitment to innovation and service excellence in critical power solutions.
Enerforce Global operations are strengthened by Prithy Ragavan, who leads Global Business Development across key regions including the Middle East, Europe, Asia-Pacific & Africa Stationed in Dubai with over 12 years of solid experience in the Middle East business development and expertise in lithium-ion, Lead acid and emerging battery technologies, she has successfully led initiatives in renewable energy, grid storage, telecom, and industrial applications. Prithy specializes in driving growth initiatives, building strategic alliances, and executing expansion strategies that deliver measurable results.
